Control of the first piece after re-setting, FAI - First Article Inspection, PPAP, special dimension check, interim checks of batches during operation

Control of special processes, such as heat treatment (measuring of hardness HB, HR, HV, evaluation of cement layer, measuring of conductibility, etc.), surface protection check (measuring of the thickness of protective coating, evaluation of adhesion, etc.)

Function tests of completed products, final dimension and visual control of components and whole batches.
