Measuring Department

The company established its Measuring Department for the purposes of special dimension control that is part of the independent Production Quality Control Department.

The Department is equipped with relevant apparatus and technology for measuring parameters, such as:

form and position (flatness, straightness, real position, perpendicularity, etc.)
space characteristics (off-tracking, spatial angle, etc.)
profile (including macro and micro roughness)
cylindrical properties
roundness
wobbling (including complete eccentricity)
etc.

Measuring with the aid of a three-coordinate measuring instrument (CMM)

Basic technical data: scope of measuring 600 x 500 x 400 mm, or 1000 x 700 x 600 mm
Repeated measuring up to 0.002 mm
Optional independent creation of programs in DMIS code
Single as well as repeated measuring,
for up to 48 hours or as per agreement.
