Development Tests
Scope of Activity:
Testing of hydraulic (pneumatic) components for civil and military aircraft, and hydraulic devices for general purposes
Certification:
Attestation No. L-3-055/3, as per CAA-TI-012-3/99 Procedures, for proving and verification tests of hydraulic and pneumatic aviation systems.

Technical Options
- Service life testing of complete hydraulic systems
- Service life testing of devices under pressure of up to 32 Mpa and hydraulic fluid flow rate of up to 80 l/min
- Testing at reduced temperatures of up to –60°C
- Testing at increased temperatures of up to +120°C
- Testing at reduced atmospheric pressure of up to 100 mbar
- Testing of durability using hydraulic fluid under static pressure up to 100 Mpa
- Vibration tests – sinus vibration, random vibration on a 4-kW vibrator (5 to 4500 Hz, max. 94g)
- Testing of strokes – multiple and single (17 to 180 strokes/min, stroke duration of 0.5 to 10ms, max. 20g)
- Functionality tests of hydraulic aviation aggregates (components) using HyJet 4A Plus fluid under pressure of up to 33MPa ( static pressure of up to 50MPa ) and flow rate of up to 65 l/min
